Leo & Molly Godzich

Leo Godzich is the founder and president of NAME (the National Association Marriage Enhancement), and the host of the International Marriage Conference as well as being a leading force in the Covenant Marriage Movement. NAME is a network of churches and couples committed to biblical marriage ministry. NAME is presently developing counseling centers in the U.S., Canada, Africa and Australia. Leo is Pastor of Special Projects at Phoenix First Assembly of God (Tommy Barnett, Pastor) in Phoenix, Arizona.

Leo and his wife, Molly, oversee a local marriage ministry to hundreds of couples with outstanding results in putting broken marriage back together and building strong marriages. Leo and Molly conduct Together Forever Marriage Seminars at churches and hotels around the country. Leo is the author of Is God In Your Marriage? and Public Relations and the Church. He has appeared as a guest and host on the Trinity Broadcasting Network programs and part of his testimony has been featured on the 700 club.

Minister

He founded the Deacon and Deaconess Ministry (altar workers, follow-up, visitation and care) of First Assembly. He co-ordinates special events and projects at Phoenix First Assembly, the sixth largest church in America of any denomination, according to Time Magazine. Leo has organized special events such as "Feed the Multitude" which CNN called "perhaps the largest sit-down dinner in America" when an estimated 20,000 people received a full Thanksgiving dinner, prepared and served entirely by volunteers. He was the organizer of World Prayer Meeting USA, a satellite-joined simultaneous prayer meeting originating from Phoenix and Seoul, Korea in which an estimated 12 million people participated in prayer for worldwide revival in October of 1994.

He pioneered Spirit-filled ministry to people with AIDS and is the founder and director of LAMP Ministries, an outreach program to HIV positive people and their families.

Speaker

Leo has preached in various cities across the nation, in Europe, in Israel and in Uganda, Africa where more than 1,400 received Christ in a 3 day crusade in the most AIDS infected area on earth. A popular speaker, Leo has spoken to national meetings such as the National Street Ministries Conference, Cities, the Dunamis Conference, Church Growth Festival, Pastors' & Leaders' Schools and others.

Prior to entering the ministry, Leo had been in a variety of different business endeavors and is an accomplished writer. Formerly an award-winning journalist, he has had more than 300 articles published in various publications. Pastor Leo Godzich, his wife, Molly, and daughters, Emily, Bethany and Christy, live in Phoenix, Arizona.
